Welcome back …we’ve missed you
Things look a little different, but what hasn’t changed is our commitment to quality, and our community.
We’re pleased to be re-opening on Monday 1st June, and we take the chance to update you now as things at your Club will be a bit different to how they were before the shutdown.
We’ve developed a COVID Safe reopening plan with procedures and compliance levels required by the Government, NSW Health Department and Regulatory Authorities so you can be assured that we have your safety and health while you’re here at Club Taree as our main priority.
Our Staff have all completed COVID Safe training and we’ve done a number of renovation projects including our main bathrooms to introduce touch free hygiene areas and high levels of cleanliness through a dedicated team of full-time cleaning staff whenever we are open.
We will be open seven days a week from 10am to 10pm with capped occupancy.
All Members & Visitors will be required to sign in and to sign out, to provide contact details for future possible COVID-19 tracing. Your Temperature will also be checked.
All entry to the Club remains through the main doors, and the Golf Course entrance and Terrace to remain closed at this time.
Lunch will be available Seven days 12pm to 2pm with a reduced menu – maximum four per booking, no large groups at this time.
Dinner will be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday’s from 6pm to 9pm with a reduced menu – maximum ten per booking, no large groups at this time.
There will be full table food & beverage service in Dineon19. You must arrive and leave on time for your booking and we’re sorry but any bookings more than 10 minutes late will be cancelled.
The Hive Takeaway will remain open five nights for now and then will change to Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights starting Thursday 11th June.
The Café is open and will have an improved range of products all of which will be table served to you.
Bar and Gaming will also re-open, remembering that there is no mingling or standing about and everyone be remain seated at all times, with area/venue occupancy being monitored continuously.
A social distancing COVID Marshall will be on duty at all times and we will have signage to assist you.
What we won’t be able to offer until the NSW restrictions ease further in the future are traditional activities like Member and Community Raffles, Internal Club activities like Snooker, Mahjong and Golf Presentations, Rooms and Spaces for Internal or External Club Meetings, Bingo, Major draws, Functions and Events until we have an increased capacity to host people at the Club.
Information will follow on Annual General Meeting’s and membership renewals will commence in June. In the meantime, please stay safe and take care of yourselves and each other and we look forward to seeing you around the Club.
